We are a civic association registered in Slovakia. We were founded by individuals who decided that watching reports about poverty in Africa is not enough — action is required.
We are volunteers, parents, professionals, and ordinary people with one common denominator: the belief that helping matters.
We do not claim to solve all of Africa’s problems. That would be an inflated ambition that sounds good in rhetoric but means little in practice. We do what we can — concrete actions, in specific places, for specific people.
Our work is built on trust. The trust of our donors, the trust of our partners in the field, and the trust of the communities we support. We do not take that trust lightly. That is why we act transparently, responsibly, and with respect for the cultures, people, and places where we operate.
